Web-Sat ELITE is suitable for larger businesses, with up to 20 networked users, performing standard commercial tasks on the internet (browsing, e-mail, file transfer). The optimum number of users will depend upon individual usage patterns.

Usage and Payment Details

*Web-Sat Ltd. Fair Use Policy:

To ensure that all Web-Sat customers have fair and equal access to the benefits of the service, Web-Sat has implemented a Fair Use Policy (FUP).

Web-Sat has established data usage thresholds, based on category and profile. These thresholds are established considerably above the typical usage levels. If you exhibit a pattern of system usage which exceed the established threshold for an extended period of time, Web-Sat’s Network Operations Centre may temporarily limit the throughput to ensure the integrity of the system for all Web-Sat subscribers.

You are likely to avoid the limitations imposed by the FUP if your use is typical of the majority of Internet users and consists of Web surfing and a reasonable amount of downloading.

**Peak vs. Off-Peak Times:

Peak period is defined as 06.00 – 18.00 hours (GMT), 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Afghanistan time 10:30 to 21:30 hours.

All other times are off-peak.

**Subscription Payment Terms

Payment terms: pre-payment, in advance

All pricing is in USD, and is valid until at least 27 March 2004.

Minimum 12 months continuous contract.

Monthly subscription charges will apply even where there is no system usage during any given monthly period. After 12 months of continuous subscription, the customer is eligible for an optional Service Break, as outlined in see Annex 1 below.

Billing cycle runs from 28^th day of calendar month to midnight on 27^th day of following month

Customers first activated mid-month will be charged pro-rata for that billing period, based on number of days active.

**Optional Service Break (After 12 Months of Service on UNLIMITED Plan)

1. Where a customer has subscribed continuously to the Web-Sat service for a continuous 12-month period, then that customer becomes eligible to apply for a Service Break, as outlined below.

2. Provided that you inform us in writing or by e-mail to satellitestans@web-sat.com or to Afghanistan@broadbandivs.com with copy to accounts@web-sat.com ) no later than the 20th calendar day prior to the relevant month that you will require a "Service Break", that is, will not require service at any time during the following billing period (i.e. between the 28th of the current month and the 27th day [midnight] of the following month), or billing periods (multiple months) as applicable, then full CREDIT may be given against monthly subscription.

3. The minimum period for which a Service Break can be granted is one month.

4. Web-Sat will deactivate the unit from midnight on 28th of relevant month, and the Service Break shall be deemed to have commenced from this moment.

5. Re-activation following a Service Break. Where this is the middle of a billing cycle, i.e. 28^th to 27^th of following month, this shall be invoiced for that month in full (e.g. if we receive request to be reactivated on the 25th calendar day of the month, rather than waiting until the 28th, then you will be billed for the current month period in full).

**Public IP address

All packages include 1 x Public IP address as standard (Free Of Charge).

**E-mail Addresses

All Web-Sat systems come with five free e-mail address’s XXXXX@web-sat.com. (More addresses available at extra charge of $75.00 in 5 e-mail address package)
